As a Software Engineer at Snapp, I played an integral role in the Map Platform team, owning and maintaining critical databases to en[2]vailability and performance. My tenure involved streamlining infrastructure components, including API gateways and central logging systems, to enhance system reliability. I led the migration to a cloud-native gateway system, resulting in a performance uplift of 120% and expanded community engagement. My management of Elastic search data allocation across multiple teams ensured resource efficiency by implementing hot-warm-cold phases for effective data sharing and service level optimization.
